DROP-OFF & PICK-UP PROCEDURES

Drop-Off hours are as follows:
Thursday, March 21st: 5pm – 8pm & Friday, March 22nd: 12noon – 3pm.

THE PROCESS
1. Bring your items to the assigned location already cleaned and tagged.
2. Locate our check-in table and hand your items to a volunteer.
3. We will inspect the items for stains and recall status before we set them out on the floor. Make sure to carefully inspect everything yourself in advance. We recommend doing this near a sunlit window or in the sunlight itself.
5. Any items that do not meet our standards will be returned to you. Please do not be upset if we return items to you. We want our buyers to get the best quality items available and for your items to sell.

HOW TO PICK-UP YOUR ITEMS
Should you choose not to donate your items, they must be picked up between 1:00pm – 2:00pm. ANY items left after 2:00pm will be donated to charity.  Be prepared to search the tables and racks for your items. Only tags with the “D” not circled will be available for pick-up. A volunteer will check the consignor number of each item to ensure you have picked up your items.
